URSULA SEDLAK, PATIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Ursula Sedlak was brought up in an environment that celebrated the benefits of holistic healthcare.  She suffered a back injury in her twenties, which led her to the discovery of chiropractic.  Through her own experience over the years, she has seen the benefits of chiropractic and other natural approaches to health that not only has changed her life but the life and wellbeing of her children as well.  She has been a long-time patient and strong proponent of the holistic approach offered at Be Optimal Holistic Health Center and is so excited to be able to join the Be Optimal team to help others on their healing journey.

Before staying home to raise her kids, Ursula was the General Manager for a wholesale building products company for fourteen years where she managed sales & marketing, customer service, accounts receivable/payable, inventory and human resources.

When she isn’t working, Ursula enjoys volunteering in her neighborhood school community and spending time with her husband, two teenage children and their Portuguese Water dog.
