Beyond Breath & Sound is a collaborative dive into the joining of breathwork & sound healing to create deeper connection to self and the group. Enjoy the healing sounds of guitar, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, tuning forks, intuitive singing and breathwork. We will be holding a sacred cacao ceremony to start off this workshop.

Dr. JR Heiz, PhD has a diverse background and experience that have given him the opportunity to learn and apply a number of healing techniques from various cultures as well as speak 5 languages. JR experiences so much satisfaction educating and witnessing his patients getting better as a result of his teaching and guidance. He loves showing people that they have an incredible innate ability to heal ones self when given the proper awareness and tools.
Damian Perez has 8 years of experience in holding space for sound ceremonies with over 120 hours of training and certification in Sound Ceremony & Therapeutic Sound Healing, as well as several other healing modalities. He has a deep passion for creating healing sounds through crystal singing bowls, guitar, chimes, tuning forks & drums. This passion has led him to develop Functional Sound Therapy, a combination of bodywork, energy work and vibrational healing.
