Dr. JR will be back to talk again about the three branches of The Wim Hof Method. This method is something that Dr. JR has been practicing for many years. He will be sharing his personal journey whilst using this method, as well as its many biophysical, biochemical and physiological benefits. You may even experience a demo of how it works!
It is our passion to help educate the community on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy demonstrations and time for Q+A with the docs to learn and experience how they work!
Due to the current state of things, we have opted to do our regularly scheduled classes on Zoom instead of in person so while Q+A will still happen…our healthy, delicious dinner that we provide will have to wait until we can return to in-person health classes.
